Retail Sales Associate

Overview

Our store teammates are passionate about creating an exceptional shopping experience for customers. Responsibilities include greeting customers and teammates, proactively engaging athletes to understand their needs, ensuring merchandise received at the store is processed according to established programs, maintaining an organized backroom in partnership with the Freight Flow/Operations Lead, upholding company merchandising standards, assisting with unloading trucks and freight handling, and supporting the team across the store.

All tasks must be executed according to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures policies and must meet service level standards.

• Greet customers and teammates and proactively approach athletes to understand their needs.
• Process merchandise and product received in accordance with established programs and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized backroom for easy access to merchandise.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards.
• Assist with unloading trucks, processing freight, executing transfers, RTVs, claims, and freight processing.
• Complete all processes according to our customer experience and service level standards.
• Adhere to established policies on safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
• Create an inclusive store environment where all feel welcome, safe, and respected.
• Support the team across the store on an all-hands-on-deck basis.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer-focused experience is preferred. The ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with the use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform is required. Items may be performed repetitively (up to 25 times per hour). The hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
