OVERVIEW

Deliver an engaging and confidence-building shopping experience by connecting athletes with the right apparel for performance and everyday wear. As a Specialist – Apparel, you will combine product expertise, merchandise expertise, and strong service to drive results.

• Deliver an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
• Anticipate the needs of the athlete and actively drive sales through product and service recommendations and a deep understanding of athlete needs.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new and existing team members, focusing on best practices, exceptional selling skills, and key operational processes.
• Serve as a go-to expert in designated process categories, ensuring smooth execution and high productivity.
• Demonstrate efficiency and effectiveness in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset; ensure products are ready for athletes to purchase and that athletes are engaged.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor set plans, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, replenishment standards, etc.
• Promote and drive customer participation in company programs, such as customer loyalty programs, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
• Create a store environment in which teammates and athletes are always welcome and treated with respect.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures, as well as laws and guidelines of external governing entities.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience preferred

Targeted Pay Range: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and location. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.
