Retail Merchandise Associate

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer service principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Supports operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, with potential cross-training across store areas to support business needs.

• Modeling excellent customer service and fostering a positive store culture based on honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Processing transactions accurately, including sales, returns, and promoting credit and loyalty programs.
• Following merchandising procedures and preparing merchandise for display.
• Participating in store recovery, maintaining cleanliness, safety, and organizational standards.
• Supporting shrink reduction initiatives and adhering to safety policies.
• Performing other assigned duties as needed.

• Effective teamwork with peers and supervisors.
• Retail experience preferred.
