About the Role
All Store Team Members play an essential role in building the company brand by delivering excellent customer service.
We seek a Merchandiser to assist the store with inventory management, merchandising, and frontline sales.
Responsibilities- Maximize product inventory by processing freight, organizing and distributing items, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage, and supporting digital business operations.
- Assist with in‑store and curbside pick‑up and delivery services, including driving and making deliveries if assigned.
- Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing about products and services.
- Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
- Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe and compliant store environment.
- Complete cross‑functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
- Load and deliver orders in a safe and professional manner, following company policies and procedures and abiding by all traffic and safety laws (if delivery is an essential job function).
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- 1–3 years of retail experience (1+ year preferred).
- Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to walk, bend down repeatedly, and stand for 8–10 hours a day.
- Ability to safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets.
- Ability to climb ladders and lift 50lbs. overhead repeatedly.
- May be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions during the workday.

Hourly pay ranges from $17.70 to $24.78. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
