Retail Sales Customer Service Specialist

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Retail Sales Customer Service Specialist to support customers in our manufacturing-focused paint and coatings retail location. You will greet and assist walk-in and professional customers, recommend products and color solutions, mix paint, and process sales using POS systems. Responsibilities include maintaining store appearance, stocking shelves, managing inventory, and following safety procedures. You'll collaborate with teammates, receive structured training, and build skills that support career growth in sales, operations, and management across Sherwin-Williams' global network.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist retail and professional customers in-store
• Recommend paint, coatings, and related products based on customer needs
• Operate POS system and handle cash, credit, and returns accurately
• Mix and tint paint, ensuring accurate color matching
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and product displays
• Monitor and restock inventory, including receiving and shelving product
• Follow all safety, health, and environmental procedures
• Support sales goals through suggestive selling and add-on products
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service
• Participate in training and development to build product and sales expertise
