This is a unique growth opportunity for someone who wants to build a well-rounded career in the RV industry. In this role, you will not only act as a Used RV Buyer—helping source and evaluate inventory—but also have the opportunity to sell, build customer relationships, and earn commission. It is a great fit for someone who is motivated, entrepreneurial, and excited to grow their skills in both purchasing and sales.

What You'll Do Responsible for all faces of acquiring used-RV inventory through direct contacts, generated leads, off site auctions, dealers, internet inquiries from customers or any other available avenues

Appraise vehicles, understand vehicle condition, negotiate price, make financially sound purchasing decisions, and insures processing of all purchases

Responsible for understanding retail trends and participating in the inventory planning process

Generate leads and create sales appointments by researching the available used RV market

Provide an exceptional customer purchasing experience

Understand market tendencies and the changes to the trends in all geographic areas.

Develop effective working relationships with the all purchasing venues to accelerate the placement of ideal inventory in an expeditious and cost-effective manner.

Effectively utilize lead management tools.

Compile all necessary reports, forms and other documentation

Required to be the expert in matters related to purchasing, shipping, selling and stocking vehicles

What You'll Bring No prior experience required - we love to train and coach individuals who are eager to learn and hungry to succeed!

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $80,000 - $125,000. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commission(s) and Bonuses based on Units Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
