AE - Brand Ambassador; Sales Associate

Your Role

As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life each day. Your goal is to provide every guest in the store with an amazing shopping experience, representing our company values and bringing your REAL self to work.

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with guests and help them find exactly what they are looking for, with a friends‑first mindset (training provided).
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Work flexibly across the Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist teammates and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Act with integrity and adhere to all AEO policies and procedures.

• Enjoy interacting with people.
• Have high energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Are available to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Have prior retail experience.
• Are at least 16 years of age.

• Actual starting pay is determined by relevant experience and location.
• Eligible for paid sick leave and other rewards at AEO’s discretion.
