Looking for ahands-on position where your work directly supports a meaningful mission? At The Arc of Spokane Thrift Store, you'll play an important role in processing donated goods that help fund programs and services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our community.

As a Thrift Store Production Associate, you'll help ensure donated items are received,sorted, prepared, and displayed for sale. Responsibilities may include accepting donations, unloading and sorting merchandise, tagging, hanging,pricing items, and assisting in meeting production and sales goals. This is anactive role that keeps you moving throughout your shift and working as part ofa dedicated team.

We are currently hiring for:

Full-Time Position

• 40 hours per week
• Friday through Tuesday
• 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to successfully complete required background checks.
• Reliable transportation to and fromwork.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, twisting,reaching, and lifting.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50pounds.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and temperatures when needed.

Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

* All pay is based on longevity at The Arc of Spokane; thus, the starting pay for this position is $18.00 per hour.

Employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for:
