Leasing Consultant - Sales & Marketing Focus

Prodigy Property Management is looking for a confident and detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with others, building trust, and creating exceptional customer experiences while driving occupancy and leasing goals.

As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective residents and a key contributor to the success of the property. You'll be responsible for showcasing our community, qualifying leads, and converting tours into signed leases. Equally important is your role in supporting resident satisfaction through clear communication, responsiveness, and an eye for presentation and detail.

Success in this role requires a balance of sales savvy and marketing confidence
. You should feel comfortable leading property tours, closing leases, and using digital tools to promote availability and resident events. A passion for people, a polished communication style, and a results-driven mindset will set you apart.

You'll also be expected to maintain daily organization of the leasing office, model units, and amenity spaces to ensure a welcoming, show‑ready environment at all times. Attention to detail in paperwork, data entry, and follow‑through with leads and residents is critical.

Experience with industry tools is a plus. Our teams currently utilize:

  • Knock CRM
  • Res Man
  • On-Site
  • Meta Business Suite (social media and digital advertising)
  • Google Business applications
  • Canva (for creative marketing and community outreach)

Previous leasing experience is strongly preferred, but we also welcome applicants with transferable sales, retail, or hospitality experience who are eager to grow their career in property management.
