Role DescriptionAs a full-time Field Sales Representative at Tru Green, you will engage with potential and existing customers in Spokane, WA, to understand their lawn care needs and recommend tailored services. Your day-to-day tasks include generating leads, conducting face-to-face sales calls, building relationships with customers, providing product/service demonstrations, and achieving sales targets. This is an on-site position that requires direct interaction with customers in the field to create long‑term relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
Qualifications- Sales, negotiation, and customer engagement skills
- Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities
- Organizational and time‑management skills to manage appointments and lead follow‑ups
- Ability and motivation to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in basic computer and mobile applications to track and manage sales activities
- Previous experience in field sales or a related role is a plus
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree is preferred
- Ability to work outdoors and adapt to varying weather conditions
