** Expected pay range for this position is $60k-$121K. This is a commission position with opportunity for bonuses. Your unique ability to sell product will determine your income.

** Responsibilities:
*** Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
* Showcase our wide range of vehicles and assist customers in finding the perfect match for their requirements.
* Conduct test drives and provide insightful product demonstrations.
* Communicate effectively to highlight the unique features and benefits of our vehicles.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer loyalty.
* Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Stay up to date with the latest automotive trends, products, and market conditions.
* Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.

** Requirements:
*** Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred but not required. We value a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers effectively.
* Bilingual Spanish speaking candidate would be a BIG PLUS!
* A genuine passion for automobiles and the ability to convey that enthusiasm to customers.
* Results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
* Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales goals.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to follow sales processes and documentation accurately.
* Must have a valid driver's license.
