Siemens, a global leader in electrical and electronic engineering, seeks an experienced sales engineer to sell Low/Medium Voltage power distribution products in the Seattle market. The role emphasizes channel development and project acquisition through the Construction Channel.

• Develop and support distributors and electrical contractor opportunities, focusing on increasing project throughput via the Construction Channel.
• Provide market presence and channel support in the specified market to achieve share growth.
• Fully utilize Siemens Sales as the tool to develop and forecast contractor opportunities.
• Provide product support including panel boards, switchboards, medium voltage gear, lighting panels, low voltage switch gear, busway, motor control centers, molded case circuit breakers, IEC/NEMA controls, safety switches, and residential products.
• Build and maintain a business plan by cultivating a healthy sales pipeline, uncovering new opportunities, following up on leads, and managing the existing customer base.
• Develop and implement plans for strategic accounts that exceed expectations in revenue retention and growth, account profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Build long‑term relationships with senior management at key customer accounts, solution partners, and through the channel.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (high school diploma or GED plus direct related work experience).
• At least 10 years of sales experience in the power generation or electrical industry.
• Ability to travel 5% domestically.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer‑sponsored work authorization.

• BS in Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 10+ years of experience selling to local electrical contractors.
• 10+ years of experience with LV/MV power distribution product lines.

• Pay range: $107,590 – $221,280 annually plus an uncapped commission structure; actual wage may vary based on budget and candidate qualifications.
