- Support customers with order processing, quotations, product inquiries, and returns in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with the operations and warehouse teams to arrange deliveries and customer pickups
- Provide guidance to customers on product selection, features, and appropriate applications
- Prepare and submit purchase orders to vendors while following up to ensure accuracy and timely confirmation
- Process sales transactions, record payments accurately in the system, and maintain compliance with company administrative and accounting procedures
- Assist with inventory counts and warehouse stock verification as required
- Previous experience supporting customers with purchasing or sourcing products, ideally within the construction, building materials, or industrial supply sector
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to multitask and respond efficiently in a fast-moving environment
