Role Expectations:

• Assist local business owners in saving money on credit card processing.
• Use a mix of warm leads and referrals to prospect effectively.
• Attend marketing appointments and present Riverside's products and services.
• Employ Riverside's proven sales techniques to negotiate and finalize new deals.
• Collaborate with National Sales Managers for support and additional training.
• Follow up with leads and move them through the sales process.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance your sales skills.
• Join daily conference calls focused on incentives and rewards.
• This is primarily a field sales role, working directly with business owners.

Qualifications:

• Preferably have a background in customer service.
• Experience in field sales or door-to-door B2B sales is highly valuable.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and manage them through to closure.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and outgoing individuals are encouraged to apply.
• Strong networking and self-marketing skills to generate leads.
• Excellent time management, communication, and integrity. We can teach the rest!

Position Benefits:

• Comprehensive training and mentorship from Riverside's National Sales Managers.
• Base salary plus commission with a total compensation potential of $60,000 to $80,000.
• Recruiting bonuses and a referral program.
• Ability to work remotely and meet virtually.
