- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the mining or heavy industrial sectors.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Ability to travel frequently to client sites and industry events.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Technical background or certification related to mining equipment or materials engineering.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management related to wear parts.
