Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 Base | $200,000+ OTE

About the Role

Skillsheet is working with highly profitable, tech-founder-backed turnaround in Spokane that is transforming a century-old commercial printer into a modern, data-driven direct mail platform. We are looking for a scrappy, highly autonomous Account Executive to be our founding salesperson. You won’t just be selling; you’ll be defining our sales motion, partnering directly with the CEO, and fast-tracking to leadership. Expect to begin building your own AE team within 6-12 months, with a clear career roadmap to leadership role.

What

You’ll Do
  • Hunt & Grow:
    Target enterprise clients across the Pacific Northwest. Spend 70-80% of your time hunting net-new logos and 20-30% farming an inherited commercial print book.
  • Own the Cycle:
    Manage the full sales cycle (Prospect → Discovery → Proposal → Close → Expand) for recurring deals up to $40,000/month.
  • Strategize:
    Act as a strategic partner to leadership, helping define pricing, packaging, and go-to-market feedback.
What We’re Looking For
  • Modern Marketers: 5+ years of B2B sales experience. A background in tech sales, digital marketing, martech, or ad agency sales is highly preferred over traditional print. You need to speak fluently in "CMO language" (LTV, CPC, campaign success metrics).
  • Proven Hunters: A strong track record of personally closing net-new enterprise logos.
  • Self-Starters:
    You must thrive with minimal guidance and be ready to build your pipeline in a fresh territory (no legacy reps holding the best accounts!).
  • Local Talent:
    Must be based in Spokane / Spokane Valley; open to candidates from nearby areas (no relocation assistance provided).
