Position Summary

This posting is for an independent contractor real estate salesperson position. Multiple opportunities are available for various product types, including Multifamily, Retail, Office, Industrial, Net‑Leased, and specialty properties.

• Partner with clients, companies, and institutions to develop and execute individualized real‑estate investment strategies.
• Prepare thoughtful analyses of clients' properties, including opinions of value, using market comparables and research.
• Research local markets and stay up‑to‑date on industry trends.
• Market investment real estate internally, externally, and to active investor clients.
• Collaborate with Senior Agents to achieve business and career goals, operating with a team‑player mentality.

• 1+ year’s sales experience or a proven track record of success.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships.
• Entrepreneurial drive.
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Salesforce (or other CRMs).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to work within a positive, success‑minded team.
