** Responsibilities:
*** Greet customers and assist them with vehicle inquiries
* Learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of our vehicle lineup
* Shadow senior sales staff and participate in ongoing training
* Guide customers through the buying process with professionalism and enthusiasm
* Maintain CRM records and follow-up with potential buyers
** Requirements:
*** Strong communication and people skills
* Background in a sales or customer service role is preferred
* Eagerness to learn and grow
* Positive attitude and professional appearance
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
* High school diploma or equivalent

The annual earning potential for this role is $60,000-$80,000 which includes commission on individual payable gross, bonuses on individual units sold, and manufacturer approvability This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation.
