Media, a leading audio company, as an Account Executive where you will drive revenue across broadcast and digital marketing products.

• Learn the ins and outs of Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through in-person client meetings and research.
• Cultivate existing business using the full suite of products.
• Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue and create effective marketing campaigns.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations fueled by data to meet client expectations.

• Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and a strong "go‑getter" attitude.
• Excellent relationship‑building, problem‑solving and persuasive communication skills.
• Goal‑oriented, expert negotiator, proactive.
• Ability to plan and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a high‑school diploma (college degree preferred).
• Proficient with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms.
• Experience in digital/media sales is a plus.
• Ability to manage complex multi‑platform campaigns, analytics, and audio advertising.

• Interest in developing knowledge of business operations and sales concepts.

This position is paid on a 100% commission basis. Commission rates range from 2.0% to 15.5%.
