$18.00 - $21.00 per hour + bonuses & commission

As a Wellness Membership Advisor, you’re the heart of the front desk—welcoming clients, managing scheduling and check‑ins, and guiding new visitors into our Elements Wellness Program through a proven, relationship‑focused sales process. You’ll handle daily operations so our therapists can focus on what they do best, all while keeping the studio running smoothly, cleanly, and on‑brand. If you love talking to people—and love listening even more—this role was made for you.

• Organized & Tech‑Savvy – You’re comfortable with scheduling software, Microsoft Office, Gmail, and learning new systems quickly.

• Flexible – You’re available to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Prior retail sales or spa/hospitality customer service experience is preferred but not required—we’ll train the right person.

Competitive hourly pay ($18.00‑$21.00 based on experience), monthly performance bonuses based on conversion targets, and commission on Wellness Program sales. Full‑time employees receive medical insurance, plus every team member enjoys a complimentary monthly massage.
