JOB DESCRIPTIONAccount Specialist is responsible for promoting and selling all products marketed by Jubilant Hollister Stier to physicians, pharmacies, distributors, chains, managed care companies, and teaching institutions within a designated territory. Sales calls will be made within a defined call cycle with the goal of meeting or exceeding the annual sales budget.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Complete Phase I, II, and III Sales training.
- Develop and maintain professional and lay relationships with all customers.
- Establish new accounts and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain and grow relationships with all staff members of all customers concerned with Jubilant.
- Enter daily reports on all required work activities.
- Represent company at local, regional, and sometimes national allergy society meetings and medical conventions.
- Adhere to travel and entertainment expense guidelines and budgets.
- Implement marketing campaigns assigned by the Regional Sales Manager or Jubilant.
- Deliver presentations at regional/national sales meetings when assigned.
- Develop a strategic business plan to convert competitive accounts.
- Submit sales status reports to Regional Sales Manager and Sales/Marketing Department.

- Major in Business, Marketing or Life Sciences required.
- 5 Years of experience in lieu of degree directly related to Sales/Marketing required.
- Minimum 3 years of related experience required.
- Must possess technical and scientific knowledge/aptitude to relate to customers.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Pharmaceutical experience preferred.
- FDA regulated industry experience preferred.
- Business-to-Business (B2B) experience preferred.
- Managing conflict and influencing outcomes required.
- Ability to identify problems and propose solutions to senior leadership required.
- Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint required.
- Physical requirements:
prolonged sitting and standing; frequent travel required.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS THAT START ON DAY ONEHiring wage: $80,169.00 – $ annually. On track earnings of $60K annual bonus opportunity, with possibilities for growth, promotion, and annual raises.
