We are currently seeking a driven, results-oriented Technology Sales Professional to join our growing team and help expand our presence in the marketplace.

Position Overview

As a Technology Sales Professional at Intermax Networks, you will be responsible for driving new business development and expanding relationships with small to mid-sized enterprises (SMEs) and large organizations. This is an outside sales role focused on identifying opportunities, building long-term partnerships, and closing new business for our Managed IT, Hosted Voice, and Business-Class Internet solutions.

Key Responsibilities New Business Development
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business accounts within assigned territories and target verticals
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive customer acquisition for Managed IT and business-class Voice solutions
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, email outreach, and referrals
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, including presentations, negotiations, and contract execution
Account Management & Relationship Building
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Assess customer needs and pain points to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions
  • Collaborate with customer success and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction
Sales Presentations & Negotiations
  • Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with prospective clients
  • Create custom proposals and pricing based on customer requirements
  • Negotiate contract terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales goals
Market & Product Expertise
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies
  • Continuously build product knowledge to effectively position Intermax Networks’ solutions
Sales Reporting & Forecasting
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
Requirements Experience
  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in telecom, IT, or technology services
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding sales quotas in an outside or direct sales role
  • Experience with hosted voice solutions preferred but not required
Skills & Abilities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build relationships with C-level executives and technical stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a field-based environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required
