Pay:
Commission Based earning range of $60k-80k annually. The annual earning potential for this role is $60,000-$80,000, which includes commission on individual payable gross, bonuses on individual units sold, and manufacturer approvability. Schedule may include some evenings/weekends; will be discussed at interview.

• Greet customers and assist them with vehicle inquiries
• Learn and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of our vehicle lineup
• Shadow senior sales staff and participate in ongoing training
• Guide customers through the buying process with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Maintain CRM records and follow‑up with potential buyers

• Strong communication and people skills
• Background in a sales or customer service role is preferred
• Eagerness to learn and grow
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent (high school graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required)
