Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Multimedia Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team across broadcast, digital, and multi-platform advertising solutions. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive revenue growth, foster team development, and deliver innovative, data-driven marketing solutions for local and regional clients.
You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our sales organization by blending the strength of broadcast television with digital capabilities ensuring continued growth, market leadership and client success.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Direction
- Set and execute a clear, actionable sales vision that supports sustainable growth across broadcast, digital, and multi-platform solutions.
- Provide 360° leadership by guiding and developing your team, and clients while delivering insights across all levels of the organization.
- Recruit, retain and train a diverse team of high-performing Marketing Consultants in consultative, multi-platform selling.
- Foster a collaborative, positive culture that promotes curiosity, accountability, teamwork, and creative thinking.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, one‑on‑ones and ongoing coaching sessions to drive individual and team performance.
- Assess team performance in real time, delivering timely coaching and recommending targeted training opportunities.

Revenue Development & Client Growth
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to exceed revenue goals, including high‑impact and special event initiatives.
- Drive new business development by identifying market opportunities, targeting key accounts and expanding the client base.
- Lead efforts to grow existing accounts through integrated broadcast and digital solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and regional advertisers, agencies, and community business leaders.
- Design results‑oriented campaigns using audience insights, performance data and market intelligence.
- Continuously introduce innovative revenue ideas and encourage thoughtful experimentation to drive growth.
- Manage client accounts when needed.

Digital & Multi-Platform Advancement
- Champion the transition to a digital‑forward sales approach while leveraging the strength of linear television.
- Educate and support the team on digital products, campaign strategies and integrated selling techniques.
- Oversee the creation of sales tools, including presentations, case studies, category insights and promotional materials.
- Ensure all sales efforts reflect a cohesive, cross‑platform strategy aligned with evolving client needs.

Market Strategy & Business Intelligence
- Monitor competitive products, market conditions and sales trends to inform strategic decision‑making.
- Identify market potential through lead generation, prospect qualification and account development strategies.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and contribute to the overall strategic planning process.
- Adjust sales metrics and strategies to optimize market share and revenue performance.
Operational Excellence
- Manage pipeline activity, forecasting and team accountability using CRM systems such as Share Builders or similar tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams (traffic, production, leadership) to ensure seamless campaign execution and strong client outcomes.
