Sales Support Representative - Fire & Fabrication

Ferguson, founded in 1953, is a leading distributor of plumbing, HVAC, and fire & fabrication products.

We are hiring Sales Support Representatives to assist the Fire & Fabrication customer group.

• Support sales associates in meeting customer needs and product solutions.
• Provide timely quotations and accurate sales orders to deliver personalized customer service.
• Coordinate deliveries for customers.
• Answer sales calls, provide general information, address and resolve customer concerns or questions.
• Use CRM and phone systems effectively.

• 0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in fire protection, plumbing, or other trades is a plus.
• Strong sales skills, including upsell capability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proven record of responding quickly to customer needs and making timely decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitments.
• Highly motivated, customer-service orientation, ability to build relationships.
• General digital literacy (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.
