Sales Associate - Chevrolet Spokane Valley

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers across online, phone, and in‑person channels to guide their vehicle purchase.
• Respond promptly to leads, answer questions, and provide information.
• Guide customers from initial contact through to an in‑store experience.
• Assist with vehicle selection and negotiate payment terms that fit the customer’s budget.
• Close the deal and ensure a smooth transaction.
• Follow up after purchase to confirm satisfaction and transition customers to the Service department.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in‑state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

• Commission‑based compensation estimated between $3000–$12000 per month.
