Rental Manager Trainee
The Rental Manager Trainee program is fast‑paced, rotating across roles to develop industry knowledge and career growth. It supports operational and administrative tasks and includes sales, operations, and management responsibilities. Structured workweeks, rotational Saturdays, competitive pay plus overtime, and a full benefits package are offered.
Essential Functions- Handle sales and process inbound calls as well as outbound solicitation.
- Maintain current and accurate data within the company’s marketing database.
- Generate rental, lease, and used‑vehicle sales leads.
- Manage all rental asset processes, including vehicle maintenance and cleanliness standards.
- Execute sales and marketing initiatives to achieve Ryder market share goals.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Reconcile customer concerns, issues, and disputes to maintain and grow the customer base.
- Serve as an on‑call representative on a voluntary basis as scheduled.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Potential to relocate to the region or the U.S. after training.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- One year or more of customer service with issue resolution experience (preferred).
- Intermediate level computer literacy required.
No travel required.
Compensation and BenefitsSalary: $54,000 to $56,000 per year (salaried). The position may also be eligible for annual bonus, commission, and/or long‑term incentive plans. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, paid time off, family and parental leave, and a tax‑advantaged 401(k) retirement plan.
