This role focuses on developing proficiency in basic consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending. The incumbent executes branch leads at the Manager’s direction, ensures accurate customer transaction requests, and identifies opportunities to convert transactions into qualified sales or referral leads. The position adheres to all F.N.B. policies, procedures, and Core Values and may require work at various market locations.
Primary Responsibilities- Promote the sales process by greeting customers, identifying service and product needs, and leveraging sales leads.
- Make appropriate recommendations for the selling and cross‑selling of Bank products and services.
- Identify and achieve individual weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
- Incorporate F.N.B. digital products and services into customer interactions.
- Use approved branch technology to input and maintain effective data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants.
- Complete lifecycle of new and existing relationships per consumer bank standards.
- Perform routine operational duties, including teller transactions and other tasks per established policies.
- Execute additional duties and projects as assigned.
- Serve as a risk manager by understanding, reporting, and responding to daily risks.
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum Experience0 years of job‑related experience.

- Proficiency in personal computer and job‑related software: MS Word (basic), MS Excel (intermediate), MS PowerPoint (basic)

- Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, consumer products, and services
- Sales and customer service skills
- Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier (preferred, may eventually be required)
