Position SummaryThe Sales Executive will thrive in a fast‑paced, competitive environment and play a critical role in achieving company growth and revenue goals. This individual is responsible for prospecting, developing relationships, and closing new business while delivering a consultative sales experience to brokers, consultants, and employer groups. The role requires comfort with making dozens of calls daily, developing partner channels, presenting in front of groups, generating and qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
Responsibilities- Broker distribution and development
- Present and sell to consultants or employer groups of any size
- Interpret, qualify, and professionally respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
- Maintain updated and accurate pipeline tracking and activity in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
- Cold call prospects and brokers
- Present solutions via virtual and in‑person meetings
- Effectively leverage company‑approved AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to improve efficiency, organization, communication, and productivity
- Consultative selling in all aspects of wellbeing
- Become expert in ancillary wellness services and provide strategic direction
- Generate new leads via broker and direct‑to‑end‑user sales channels
- Build and sustain positive relationships with Wellness IQ staff
- Interact with staff, management, and vendors to ensure operational efficiency
- Frequent travel, including overnight, multi‑day, and out‑of‑state travel for meetings, conferences, trainings, and other business needs
Education & Experience
- College degree preferred
- 3+ years of sales, employee benefits, or related experience, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
- Experience with cold calling and objection handling
- Passion for Health and Wellness
- Insurance brokerage experience in employee benefits preferred

Salary range: 55,000 – 65,000 USD per year (remote). Variable compensation: commission. Travel may be required up to 50% of time.
