- Conduct in‑home consultations to assess customer needs and recommend HVAC solutions.
- Educate homeowners on system options, rebates, financing, and energy‑efficiency incentives.
- Prepare detailed proposals and estimates, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Build long‑term relationships with customers, ensuring a trusted and professional experience.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to nurture relationships, close sales, and confirm satisfaction.
- Offer and educate customers on add‑on products—indoor air quality systems, humidifiers, smart thermostats, UV lights, and more.
- Ensure installers are equipped with the tools, materials, and information they need for on‑time, efficient installations.
- Collaborate with our experienced technicians and installers—providing support, answering questions, and maintaining open lines of communication.
- Maintain clear, timely communication with customers, installation teams, and internal stakeholders—communication is critical.
- Stay informed on the latest HVAC products, trends, and advancements to provide expert recommendations.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of leads, tracking sales progress, and customer interactions.
- Work closely with installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and a flawless customer handoff.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience before, during, and after installation.
- Represent Cline’s AC with professionalism, integrity, and a steadfast commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Proven sales track record in the HVAC industry, with at least 2 to 3 years of experience.
- In‑depth technical knowledge of HVAC systems and the ability to articulate complex maintenance and product benefits.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to develop lasting business relationships.
