We are looking for highly motivated and well‑spoke individuals to join our sales team as Associate Inside Sales Representatives. This person will be responsible for growing our channel partners and supporting our Regional Sales Managers in their territories, building instant rapport, maintaining a competitive growth mindset, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Manage and grow an existing customer base of channel partners, increasing share of wallet and adding new partners.
• Proactively generate meetings and opportunities by positioning the value of Open Eye.
• Consistently achieve quota to ensure territory revenue and growth objectives.
• Communicate with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, taking inbound calls and following up on leads.
• Build relationships with prospects and internal/external customers in a fast‑paced, changing environment while providing heroic customer service and driving revenue.
• Keep up with product and service information and updates.
• Explain and demonstrate features of products and services.
• Research and qualify new leads.
• Follow up on quotes, update CRM, close sales and achieve sales targets.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Highly motivated and self‑starting individual.
• High school diploma or GED required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous sales and account management experience preferred.
• Experience with  and other CRM systems is a plus and can be trained.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent inbound and outbound calling skills.
• Strong listening and sales skills.
• Ability to achieve targets.

• Pay $24.00 – $27.00 per hour with on‑target commission of about $4,000 annually.

Base Salary Range: $49,920 – $60,160 USD. This amount is part of a total compensation package.
