Hotel Sales Manager

Are you a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a passion for the hospitality industry? Our luxury hotel in Washington is seeking a results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As a Filipino candidate you will have an advantage given your knowledge of the Filipino market and culture.

In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase market share for our hotel. You will work closely with the Director of Sales to identify potential clients, build relationships and close deals. Your strong communication skills and ability to negotiate effectively will be key in achieving sales targets.

• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Attend trade shows, networking events and client meetings as required.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or relevant industry experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and understanding of market trends.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed.

We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month plus bonuses based on performance.
