e‑Commerce Sales Associate

The e‑Commerce Sales Associate interacts with hundreds of customers — online, over the phone, and in person — to help guide their vehicle purchase in our no‑haggle sales environment. Responding to leads in a timely fashion, answering questions, providing information, and helping guide customers effectively from phone and internet contact to an in‑store experience while providing an exceptional customer experience is key.

• Respond promptly to leads and answer all customer inquiries about inventory and financing.
• Guide customers from online or phone contact to an in‑store experience.
• Assist customers in selecting the perfect vehicle and negotiating terms that fit their lifestyles, budgets, and expectations.
• Close the sale and capture all necessary documentation.
• Follow up after the purchase to ensure customer satisfaction and transition them to the Service department.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the e‑commerce system.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers and work with technology.
• Valid in‑state driver’s license with a safe driving record.

• Commission‑based role estimated between $2,000 and $14,000 per month.
