Ben Bridge Jeweler's River Park Square store is seeking a full-time sales associate. The position offers hourly pay plus commissions, full benefits, and parking reimbursement. Ideal candidates have fine jewelry and/or watch sales experience, or experience in other luxury sales.

Ben Bridge Sales Associates are energetic and committed to creating unforgettable moments and building lasting relationships. They work well independently and in small, close-knit teams, and they present merchandise with enthusiasm and creativity.

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to provide exceptional service, build relationships with customers, and drive sales in a luxury jewelry environment.

• Develop authentic relationships with customers by assessing their needs, making personalized product recommendations, and creating a memorable shopping experience.
• Acquire in-depth product knowledge and communicate features and benefits to customers during merchandise presentations.
• Engage with existing and potential customers and maintain customer information using company-supported technology.
• Inspect and clean customers’ jewelry and advise on repairs for jewelry and timepieces.

• Flexible with work schedule, including holidays.
• Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills; fluent in English; bilingual is a plus but not required.
• Minimum of 2 years of selling experience in a retail environment; or a combination of 3+ years of customer service experience and education.
• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Range: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour + monthly sales bonus based on individual sales and store performance.
• Pay ranges may fluctuate based on market conditions; final pay determinations depend on experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• The full-time hourly schedule provides flex staffing during key events and peak selling times. Benefits include health and welfare coverage (minimum 20 hours/week), sales commissions, monthly incentives, SPIFFs, employee merchandise discounts, paid training, and paid time off for vacation, holidays, sick leave, and jury duty. Paid training includes certification from the Gemological Institute of America after one year of service. A 401(k) plan with company match is also offered.
