Location: Spokane Valley
Auto Nation - 8201 East Sprague Avenue - Responsibilities:
Interact with hundreds of customers online, over the phone, and in person to help guide their vehicle purchase in a no-haggle sales environment;
Respond to leads in a timely fashion, answering questions, providing information and helping guide customers from phone/internet contact to an in-store experience;
Provide an exceptional customer experience before and after purchase and drive loyalty by following up to ensure satisfaction;
Help transition customers to the Service department to support ownership experience;
Assist in negotiating terms to ensure payment options meet customers' lifestyles, budgets, and expectations
