This position is located onsite and reports to the Sales Manager.

• Greet customers and assist them with vehicle inquiries
• Learn and maintain knowledge of our vehicle lineup
• Shadow senior sales staff and participate in ongoing training
• Guide customers through the buying process with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Maintain CRM records and follow-up with potential buyers

The annual earning potential for this role is $60k-$80k which includes commission on individual payable gross, bonuses on individual units sold, and manufacturer approvability. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation. Actual pay offered will be based on skills, qualifications and experience, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
