Interact with hundreds of customers online, over the phone, and in person to guide their vehicle purchase;
Respond to leads promptly and answer questions to move customers from phone/internet contact to in-store experience;
Negotiate terms to ensure payment options meet customer budgets and expectations and close the deal;
Provide exceptional customer experience before and after purchase and drive loyalty by following up;
Facilitate smooth transition of customers to the Service department for ownership support
