This position is onsite in Spokane WA and reports to the General Sales Manager.

Subaru of Spokane is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Trainee to join our growing team. We design this entry-level, training-focused role to support our Sales department while we develop the skills, product knowledge, and experience needed to grow into a traditional Sales Representative position. If you're passionate about helping people, eager to develop your sales skills, and interested in a long-term career in automotive sales, this is an excellent opportunity.

What You'll Do

As a Sales Trainee, you will work with our Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to support daily operations and customer interactions, including:

• Assist customers during the vehicle shopping process
• Learn Subaru product features, technology, and benefits
• Support Sales Consultants with test drives, paperwork, and follow-ups
• Maintain showroom and vehicle presentation standards
• Participate in sales training, role-playing, and mentorship programs
• Learn dealership systems, CRM tools, and sales processes
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences aligned with Subaru's values
• Reliable attendance demonstrating your care for your role
• 1+ year of customer service or sales experience
• Interest in sales, customer service, or the automotive industry
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Total Rewards

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation. The hourly earning range for this role is $28 to $35 per hour.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
