Sales Associate

Mor Furniture For Less Inc is seeking a driven Retail Sales Associate for our Sales & Business Development team. In this fast-paced showroom role, you'll greet customers, assess their needs, and recommend stylish, affordable furniture and mattresses that fit their lifestyle and budget. You'll present financing options, process sales, and ensure an outstanding customer experience from first contact through delivery follow-up.

Working in a collaborative, sales-driven culture, you'll help maintain showroom appearance, support merchandising, and hit personal and store sales goals while building your retail sales career.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers on the sales floor and showroom.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate furniture and mattress solutions.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions clearly.
• Present financing and protection plans and assist customers with applications.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and satisfaction.
• Maintain showroom appearance, including merchandising and product presentation.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales and productivity goals.
• Collaborate with team members and management to support store operations.
• Stay current on product knowledge, inventory, and company policies.
