The Associate Director and Field Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Spokane, WA. This role is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing assigned territories, and building strong, long-term relationships with customers. On a day-to-day basis, the role involves conducting in-person client meetings, presenting AT&T solutions, negotiating pricing and contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive follow-up and support.
The position also includes collaborating with internal teams on sales strategy, monitoring performance against targets, maintaining accurate sales records, and providing market feedback to support continuous improvement of products and services.
- Demonstrated skills in Sales and Sales Operations, with the ability to meet or exceed revenue and performance targets.
- Experience in Account Management and Business Development, including nurturing existing accounts and prospecting new clients.
- Background in Sales Management, with capabilities in territory planning, pipeline management, and forecasting.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate complex solutions clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work on-site in Spokane, WA, travel within the assigned territory, and adapt to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Previous experience in telecommunications or technology sales is preferred; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
