Specialty Territory Manager - West, Tacoma, WA

Territory:
South Central Washington, Portland, OR, and areas westward from Aberdeen, WA through St. Maries,

• Drive growth to meet/exceed Harmony product sales forecasts while ensuring compliant selling activities.
• Develop territory business plans and execute sales/marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and key opinion leaders.
• Manage a territory call plan (varying reach/frequency); use sales data and analytics to optimize and achieve objectives.
• Meet/exceed product/brand strategy training targets and certifications (product messaging, competitive knowledge, disease and patient management strategies).
• Collaborate with partners and internal/external colleagues to reach common goals.
• Share best practices and participate in regional and national meetings.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization.
• Operate the company vehicle using safe driving practices and comply with all policies and traffic laws.
• Process company expenses timely and in compliance with company policies/procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (required).
• 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience (required);
  Rare Disease, Sleep Medicine, or CNS experience strongly preferred.
• Consistently meets/exceeds sales targets.
• Experience coordinating with patient services and understanding HUB services.
• Ability to interpret market research/data/sales analytics to build a territory business plan.
• Ability to develop strategic long-term customer relationships.
• Must live within the territory boundaries.
