NeuroPsych Account Specialist - Spokane, WA

Role

Field-based pharmaceutical sales representative focusing on promoting Neurocrine Biosciences' neurological and psychiatric therapies in the Tacoma and Seattle regions. Primary objective s include driving product acceptance and growth through targeted education, strategic account management, and relationship development with healthcare providers, clinical staff, key opinion leaders, and payers.

• Executing sales strategies
• Managing promotional resources
• Maintaining compliance with industry and regulatory standards
• Establishing strong cross-functional collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, medical science, and patient access

• BS/BA in science or related field with at least 4 years of pharma/biotech sales experience, preferably in neurology, psychiatry, or specialty pharmacy
• Master’s degree and additional experience are desirable
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations
• Proven sales success
• Proficiency with CRM and business intelligence tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with specialty pharmaceuticals, complex care sites, and payer requirements, with a strong ethical and results-oriented approach
• Residence within the territory, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel

The position is full-time, with a compensation range of $123,100-$168,000 plus incentives, and offers comprehensive benefits including retirement plans, paid leave, and health coverage.
