Position Overview
This role combines outbound calling and administrative support to help drive new business and support our sales team. You will play a key role in generating quote opportunities, following up with prospects, and ensuring the sales process runs smoothly behind the scenes.
This is a growth-focused position. Licensing is required (if not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain it within a designated timeframe). Advancement opportunities are available for those who perform and want to move up.
Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to prospects to generate insurance quotes
- Follow up on quote opportunities and warm leads
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks
- Chase outstanding documents and underwriting requirements
- Set up DSS and other internal systems as needed
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-up timelines
- Support the overall flow of new business from start to finish
- Must be willing to obtain required insurance licenses
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable handling both sales-focused tasks and administrative duties
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Compensation $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per hour
