- - Responsibilities:
Operate meat processing equipment (Cryo Vac, Multi Vacs, dicers, needle, slicer, portion cutters) to prepare and pack high-quality meat portions;
Count and stack portions to customer specifications and label portions with product codes;
Set up packing and labeling areas and perform end-of-day functions;
Maintain sanitary conditions and follow GMP guidelines to keep work area clean and sanitized;
Oversee end-of-day teardown and assist with inventory/merchandising of partial cart
