Security Officer - Healthcare Site - Weekends

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, families, visitors, and staff at the front desk while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Control access at the main reception area by greeting and screening visitors, issuing visitor badges and/or passes, maintaining sign-in logs, and directing guests according to facility protocols.;
Monitor the front lobby and entrance area through observation and available systems, report unusual activity, and help to deter unauthorized entry and/or disruptive behavior.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications to clinical staff, supervisors, and/or emergency responders as required by post orders.;
Document security-related incidents, visitor activity, and service requests in written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate shift updates during handoff.
