• Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor access control points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and help to manage the entry and exit of employees, contractors, deliveries, and guests.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, access records, and/or incident documentation while communicating clearly with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, including key entry points, parking areas, and operational zones, with awareness that working conditions may vary by site.

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
