• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, verifying credentials, monitoring entry and exit activity, and assisting with security-related concerns at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency responders as appropriate.
• Monitor visitor, employee, and contractor access points, help to deter unauthorized entry, and follow established protocols for deliveries, temporary badges, and restricted areas.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings, production areas, parking areas, and the perimeter, remaining aware that working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Prepare clear reports on access activity, incidents, and unusual conditions, and support client staff with directions, information, and other customer service needs related to the post.

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
