Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by following access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a busy logistics and distribution location;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or credentials, maintain visitor and vehicle logs, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas;
Respond to incidents, delivery disputes, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns according to site protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, dock areas, trailer yards, and perimeter, noting unusual activity and communicating findings to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership
