Security Officer Patrol Detail

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to riders, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a public transportation location.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of transit centers, platforms, parking areas, administrative buildings, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points, public areas, and restricted locations, assisting with visitor direction, policy awareness, and reporting of maintenance or security concerns.;
Respond to incidents, service calls, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with site contacts and public agency representatives as needed.;
Support crowd management and public order during peak travel times, service disruptions, special events, and emergency situations while maintaining a professional presence.
