Lead Transportation Security Officer

- Responsibilities:
Lead at least three Transportation Security Officers (TSOs) and trainee/apprentice TSOs as assigned.;
Distribute, balance, and monitor workloads among team members to meet priorities and workflow requirements.;
Provide input to supervisors on human resources matters including performance, promotions, and reassignments.;
Implement TSA security screening procedures in alignment with TSA objectives and directives.;
Assist with investigations of incidents and prepare incident reports as required.;
Respond to breaches of security and emergency situations; coordinate with supervisors on resources.;
Train team members, monitor progress, and represent the team in communications with supervisors to secure resources.
